I grew up in a big family of 6 children in a small village in the moutainous area where is near border with Lao. The local in my area just focus on fishing and farming. Not many people care about education. When I was young, I used to dreaming of being a tourguide because I would chance to talk to people in many different cultures and identities. Luckily, my parents and my older brothers and my sisters support me and my younger sister to go to university to pursue my dream to study at the foreign language university.

I am so happy to work in tourism right after graduating from the university, I was offered to work at sales department of a big travel agent in HCM city where I could communicated directly with foreign customer about where to go and what to do in HCM city and Vietnam. I enjoyed my job so much as day by day, I was more confident to talk to guest and introduced them about our company services. The list of tourist who trust me and used our service increased sharply.

Then I was promoted to work at operation department after one years starting working there. At this positon, I chanced to travel everywhere in Vietnam to get to know the distant from here to there and I also opened my connection to many bussiness partners whole specializing in hotels, restaurants, tourguides, and transportion to choose the best service for my valuable guests. Then my company offered me the same position at the Hoian brance. I was willing to go as living in Hoian, I can visit my family easily.

The more I worked in tourism, the more I care about the flexibility and quality of the services. I found to make the toursits feel happy and comportable is a need to do. I can not solve the problem when I am under the bossy manager. That is the reason why VietSilk travel was born in 2011. I am the founder and I also join hand in arranging the services and to care our customers with my team and make sure the customer will have the best memories in our beautiful country.
